UI/UX Course Overview
This course introduces learners to the principles, tools, and processes behind modern User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) Design. Students will learn how to conduct user research, design interfaces, prototype digital products, and test usability, using industry tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Miro.
The course emphasizes design thinking, inclusivity, and practical problem-solving relevant to the Kenyan and African digital ecosystem (mobile-first design, local culture, accessibility, and digital inclusion).

By the end of this course, students should be able to:
- Explain the principles and process of design thinking.
- Conduct user research and create personas and journey maps.
- Apply visual design principles using modern design tools.
- Develop low- and high-fidelity prototypes for mobile and web.
